the game.
Faster.

One-to-one physiotherapy for runners, lifters, players and anyone whose body has started saying no. Diagnosis on day one, a plan you can actually follow, and a gym to prove it works.

What we treat

01

Sports injuries

Sprains, strains, tendon pain and the injury you've been "running off" for three months.

02

ACL & post-op rehab

Structured, milestone-based rehab from the week after surgery to your first full session back.

03

Back & neck pain

Clear explanations, hands-on treatment where it helps, and exercise that builds confidence.

04

Running clinic

Video gait analysis and a load plan that fits around your training, not the other way round.

How it works

  1. Assess

45 minutes to find what's actually driving the pain, not just where it hurts.

  2. Plan

A written plan with goals and dates, sent to your phone before you leave.

  3. Load

Gym-based rehab sessions to rebuild strength, guided by your physio.

  4. Return

Testing before you go back, so you know you're ready rather than hoping.

Questions

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book directly. If something needs a scan or a doctor, we'll tell you and help you arrange it.

Can I claim it back on health insurance?

Most Irish health insurers cover physiotherapy with a registered physio. Check your plan for the amount per visit.

What should I wear?

Shorts and a T-shirt you can move in. If it's a running issue, bring the shoes you run in.

I'm not an athlete. Is this for me?

Yes. "Sports" just means we care about getting you moving. Desk workers and weekend gardeners are very welcome.
